Daisy Wynn, MD is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician who has been in practice since 2009. She graduated from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey. She completed a family medicine residency in 2008 and a geriatric fellowship in 2009 at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. She received a certification in Functional Medicine in 2023. Since moving to Chicago in 2013, Dr. Wynn has been and continues to be a doctor at a community health center in Humboldt Park. Outside of work, Dr. Wynn enjoys family time with her husband and two children. She is a fitness enthusiast and a public transportationuser and advocate.
