Dominic Patawaran, MD

Dominic Patawaran, MD is a board-certified Family Medicine and Integrative Medicine physician. He is trained in Functional Medicine, Bioidentical Hormones and specialized care for Lyme and Mold Management.

Daisy Wynn, MD 

Daisy Wynn, MD is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician who has been in practice since 2009. She completed a family medicine residency in 2008 and a geriatric fellowship in 2009. She received a certification in Functional Medicine in 2023. 

Kari Schwager, L.Ac., LMT

Kari Schwager, L.Ac., LMT is a board-certified Licensed Acupuncturist. Kari treats orthopedic pain, women’s health and fertility, stress/anxiety, as well as chronic illness such as Autoimmune Diseases, Lyme, Fibromyalgia and more.

Sejal Gehani, FNP

Sejal Gehani, FNP is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been in practice for over 19 years and has experience in Integrative Primary Care, Adolescent Medicine, and Women’s Health.

Brianna Murphy, PA-C 

Brianna Murphy, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She has a lifelong passion for root cause medicine, preventative health, and the mind-body connection. Her clinical interest is in autoimmune conditions, gastroenterology, and mental health.

Cindy Theo

Cindy Theo is a tri-skilled technician in massage, energy work, and esthetics from the island of Bali, Indonesia. Developing her signature style of therapeutic treatment, she utilizes Karuna Master Reiki technique and her natural gift of energy healing.

Angel Rivera, DO

Angel Rivera, DO is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician. He is trained in Functional Medicine and has a clinical interest in lifestyle management, weight loss, and Bioidentical Hormones.

Aaron Mlnarik, MS, CNS, LDN

Aaron Mlnarik, MS, CNS, LDN is a board-certified Clinical Nutritionist with a specialty in Integrative and Functional Medicine Nutrition. He is also a Certified Nutrition Specialist and a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist in the State of Illinois.

Jiya Patel

Jiya Patel is the Practice Manager at I-Squared Medical Group. She has a degree in Exercise Science from DePaul University and over 8 years of experience in the health industry. Jiya oversees the I-Squared Concierge Membership Program and the I-Squared Apothecary.
